In addition to this and in the event of an operational failure, near miss or unplanned downtime, ADC act on behalf of the Operator during incident investigations to conclude a Root-Cause-Analysis to prevent recurrence and ensure operations can recommence in a safe and efficient manner. ADC work alongside the Drilling Contractor and the Operator to ensure lessons learned are captured and applied as appropriate.
ADC personnel remain onboard during operations on behalf of the Operator to ensure that the Drilling Contractor is following internal procedures, actioning the appropriate OEM alerts/bulletins and applying any lessons learned from fleet-wide operations.
