With inspection teams consisting of multiple subject matter experts it is important that the audit is reported in a consistent manner. ADC’s Technical Reporting Audit Management System (TRAMS) fulfils this requirement by providing the ability for multiple users to input audit findings simultaneously, in a structured manner.
For our clients to plan risk mitigation measures, early communication of long-lead actions required is vital. One of the main benefits of TRAMS is the real time reporting of identified threats, potentially resulting in unplanned downtime, to be addressed immediately. This helps us work proactively with the rig/vessel owner during the inspection to close out all non-conformances whilst the team are on board.
Through TRAMS, ADC has collected deficiencies from over 1200 historical audits conducted over the past 15 years. This allows us to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyse the data to give unique insight into recurring problem areas across aspects such as operating region, rig/vessel owner, OEM, rig/vessel design. Targeted inspections of highlighted focus areas can then be conducted with greater prioritisation of time and effort to these known, historical issues.
