Graduating with a 1st class honours degree in Management from Robert Gordon University in 2009, Jason became one Scotland’s youngest managers within a major national electrical retailer before commencing his energy career in 2012. Following a position at a drilling resources company, Jason joined ADC Energy in July 2013 as Business Development Manager for ADC’s online training facility, the Virtual Academy.
To date, Jason’s focus has not only helped the Academy to extend its content offering, he has driven the Virtual Academy’s growth into new markets and become a valuable tool for technical training on rig inspection, well control and dropped objects.
Jason is now responsible for the commercial development and execution of ADC’s global business strategy for rig inspection services, maintaining client relationships and management of marketing activities through coordination between the company’s regional offices.
In 2012, Jason founded Scotland’s first amateur dodgeball team, the Granite City Guerrillas. To date, there are competitive teams across the country and a number of players have gone on to play at international level.
Jason has also been a keen practitioner of Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts for over 8 years.
